A FOOD fan has taken aim at Greggs for a packaging problem that she reckons ruins her favourite treat.

Kerri Roma Anderson, from Bo'Ness, West Lothian, boasts well over 300,000 TikTok followers and vlogs different aspects of her life.

Recently she recorded a rant about her beloved caramel doughnuts after picking on up at Greggs with her nephew.

The 31-year-old said: "I’m trying to be calm but I’m not.

"I’m angry because I went to Greggs.

"I’ve done a video about this before about my anger and this is truthfully the second time since that video that I’ve bought a doughnut from Greggs.

"The f***ing anger that I felt last time I was there.

"I went to Greggs and I got a caramel doughnut and I was f***ing buzzing for my caramel doughnut.

"And when I got out and took it out the f***ing bag it was stuck to the top of the bag.

"I’ve not been back to Greggs properly since and I went today.

"I had my nephew with me and he was pointing at cakes and I’d asked for my doughnut.

"Before I even had a chance to say anything she's put it in one those f***ing bags again."

Single mum Kerri added: "I had to peel it open because I didn't want to f***ing drag it out.

"Half the f***ing stuff's on there.

"Instead of being decent and putting that wee f***ing greaseproof paper on top or putting it in a box."

Those in the comments seemed to share Kerri's frustration.

One person commented: "I had the same problem yesterday, bought doughnuts at Greggs, I asked them for a box and they said they don't have any. All 4 ruined!!"

Another wrote: "Omg yes!! I only ever get that doughnut from Greggs & they always do it!!! Like common sense man."

While a fan added: "The pain is real. Have peeled the bag back only to find all the icing on the bag and none on the doughnut."
